Call a Pizza in Eggersdorf

We ordered today from this Call a Pizza branch (burger). The burgers were delicious. the delivery time specified in advance was met almost perfectly. we have already ordered various other pizzas here (exactly the same opinion on this ★ ★ ★ ★ ★). In my opinion, absolutely to be recommended. (Delivery to Strausberg)

Au cheek !! If you want to make use of the service, PICK UP THE FOOD YOURSELF! The delivery is not to be recommended at all. We waited a total of (believe it or not) 3 hours. There was no proactive notification in advance that it would take longer, nor was there an apology from the driver. When we called after more than 2 hours in the meantime, we were only told that the driver was leaving ... for a journey of 5 minutes you don't normally need another whole hour? Please be so good and communicate more transparently ...

Actually, I wouldn't even give a star. But otherwise an evaluation is unfortunately not possible. Otherwise I'm not that I rate badly, but it just can't be that when you get a time announcement that says 1-1.15 h you have to wait two hours. This could well happen, but I also received cold food, not lukewarm but cold !!! Neither the service nor the performance was worth the money in that case.

Often the wrong order comes in, but that means you can always try something new😀 But in and of itself it didn't taste bad and the delivery time is actually always kept, for me the food usually comes earlier

We live between 2 delivery areas, which are each 3 minutes' drive from us. So we are not supplied, neither of the two can give information about where we can order. Apparently, for an order of 15 € or more, delivery is made to the neighboring village, but not one village further for 70 €.

Hello, I'm really not someone who complains quickly. But if you have to wait 2.5 hours for an order for 70 euros and then everything is cold, that's very annoying! If there is not even an apology or the same, it is very unfriendly to the customer!

Today I ordered from Call a Pizza in Eggersdorf. The food that came was a cheek. The nuggets and ptatos were so burned that we couldn't eat them. In addition, they smelled a lot of old fat. I will not order there anymore.

Full stars, ordered online at 3:41 pm, delivery at 4:38 pm. Food was still really hot. Despite cash payment, Covid regulations were adhered to and very friendly.

Nobody answers the phone, after 1.30 p.m. there is still no food, and the pizza was still cold I can't order it again, I can't recommend the shop, the license should be removed

Bad service and very long waiting times. The delivery time was exceeded by 1.5 hours. When asked, the staff were very rude and sloppy.

2 pizzas, 1 burger and 1 ice cream ordered, paid in full in advance with PayPal (39, - €). But we never received the order. Lousy lies on the phone and no insight. No response from the service after 6 days after I was on 3 !!! Email addresses. Absolutely dubious and I advise everyone against Call a Pizza and know that I will not use this fraudulent scam and never again.

Ordered the pizza at 7:20 pm. Three hours later, 10:30 p.m. - when I had given up hope, had to look for something else for dinner and was about to activate PayPal Buyer Protection, the doorbell rang against all expectations. Cold pizza was then only left for the morning. Never again!

I was scared after our order last night after reading the reviews. I saw us go to bed with growling stomachs. BUT I cannot agree with the reviews before at all. We ordered very late, think 9:15 pm. The shop closed at 10 p.m. Sure, we also waited an hour, which is legitimate, but otherwise everything went smoothly for us. Super nice driver, food was still warm and tasted good too. 😊

Order on 07/15/2020 at 2:09 p.m. Call a Pizza is right next to my office (5 sec. Walk). As the pick-up is not possible, the driver has to deliver. At 2:59 p.m. demand for my order. Answer: I only have one driver, I can't name the delivery time. "The driver will be back in about 18 minutes. Maybe a second driver would make sense. But then waiting for a pizza next door for almost two hours is more than outrageous. Actually 0 stars !!!!!!

This shop is unbelievable ... After two hours we called and carefully asked if the order was already on its way. Answer was, with two hours wa is still well served since three hours are normal.

I always order from Call a Pizza and I am always super satisfied. Whether pizza rolls or pizza everything always arrives hot and always tastes great! The drivers are always super nice and do their best to deliver on time. I have never had any problems with the delivery time, everything always came on time. We only order from Call a Pizza and it will stay that way! Too bad that so many people are spreading such nonsense!
